Join The FixLearning Business Empowerment Networking Group
FixLearning is all about growth and empowerment, thus the birth of our Empowerment Networking Group (ENG).
Each ENG is made up of 15-30 different small businesses from a local area. The Lawrnenceville, GA Chapter of our ENG group was launched in May 2024
The 7 Pillars of our ENG
Giving back
When we give back to each other exemplify that by giving business to others; you will get business in return. Partnering with nearby non-profits and schools.
Life Long Learning
We believe in the continuous improvement of personal and professional skills. ENG provides a variety of opportunities to support life long learning.
Diversity and Cultural Responsiveness
As leaders in our community, it is crucial to embody inclusiveness, and empathy, and embrace diversity, as they are deeply rooted in the culture and tradition of our organization.
Positive Vibes Only
Our ENG provides an environment that enables you to surround yourself with people who want to help you succeed. We ask our members to always come up with a solution if there is a problem.
Building Relationships
Networking is more about forming connections with new contacts than looking for them. People want to do business with people they know and trust. It’s about cultivating those relationships.
Accountability and Hard Work
If you want to have a powerful personal network, you must have accountability. We aim to function at the highest potential and take responsibility without making excuses. Each member must recognize that hard work and commitment are a must. Monthly dues of $75 are required for each member.
Recognition ENG Business of the Month
It’s important to recognize those who are contributing and growing. At each meeting, we will spotlight each member to showcase their business and something that is going well. Partnering with local media and city hall to recognize and highlight local businesses.

Why should I join our ENG as a small business owner?
- As your ENG Leader, I am a member the Lawrenceville Chamber of Commerce.
To form business connections within your community, the best place to start is often your local chamber of commerce. - The quality and involvement of chamber organizations can vary from city to city, but most of them provide foundational training, professional development, and resources for local small business owners.
Along with networking opportunities, many chambers of commerce bring in guest speakers and provide mentoring opportunities at affordable rates for new business owners.
